Deposit Notice: I understand that all appointments require a deposit usually ranging from $50-$100 depending on the artist and the size/complexity of the tattoo. The deposit will come off the final cost of the tattoo.
Tardiness Notice: I acknowladge that I have to show up slightly before or at my scheduled appt. time. If for some reason I can't make my appt. I will call the shop number(856-938-8079) to notify my artist of my situation. Doing so within 24 hrs of your appt. may result in the loss of the deposit.
